You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Services such as Nutrition Facts preparation rely on the information you supply.
Fees
Fees are for our administrative support services only. FDA does not charge a fee for food facility registration, and facilities may register directly with FDA. Fees are confirmed in a quote before work begins.
